Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work in a fast-paced school cafeteria environment
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow food safety protocols
- excellent communication skills
- basic math skills for cash handling
- willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and occasional weekends
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- knowledge of basic food safety practices

Job Duties
- Provide Genuine quality customer service with all clienteles by greeting, thanking, etc
- craft drinks to order with care and accuracy
- ring out guests as needed at the cash register and follow cash handling procedures
- ensure food safety standards are being followed
- provide great customer service following Genuine standards
- maintain a clean working environment and help the team with any additional cleaning duties
- restock areas as needed, following proper FIFO rotation
- assist other team members as needed
- perform all other duties as assigned
