Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of cashier experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of cashier experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage and support a team
- Knowledge of point of sale systems
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle customer escalations
- Basic supervisory or leadership experience
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, accurate and safe customer service
- Process checkout and return transactions
- Monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
- Seek product and project knowledge to assist customers and identify selling opportunities
- Expedite price checks and approve point of sale transactions and markdowns
- Serve as first level escalation for customer issues
- Assist in supervising, coaching, and training front-end associates
