- Previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to perform cashiering duties including cash handling
- ability to maintain sanitation standards

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Perform sales transactions in a timely fashion
- enter all sales into the cash register accurately
- make change and accept various forms of payment including declining balance cards
- issue receipts to customers
- follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds
- interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- manage assigned change funds and cash receipts ensuring compliance with cash control standards
- observe and verify customer purchases
- replenish condiments, coffee, beverages, and general supplies
- maintain cleanliness of service areas
- keep pastry case stocked
- ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory and cash control procedures
- comply with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements
- perform other duties as assigned
