Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or cashier experience helpful but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and carry for entire shift excluding breaks
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks independently
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Must complete a background check
- Ability to tolerate extreme environmental conditions
- Must be physically and mentally capable to perform job duties
- Ability to use hands for basic grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation
- Must be able to work in a team environment and take direction
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of merchandise and cash register operations
- Ability to work with people having different abilities
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks independently
- Flexible to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and carry throughout shifts
- Ability to use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation
- Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within facility and community
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements
- Tolerant to extreme changes in temperature and humidity
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests effectively
- Maintain and update merchandise displays
- Ensure the store is kept neat and clean
- Assist with replenishing stock and removing merchandise from sales floor
- Strive to meet daily sales goals
- Perform duties according to established ESGW best practices
- Cross-train and assist in all aspects of retail operations as directed
