Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • preferred 1+ year of experience in similar roles
  • ability to lift and push 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must follow the company personal care and hygiene policies
  • must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents

Job Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • preferred 1+ year of experience in similar roles
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work effectively within a team
  • knowledge of POS systems
  • customer service orientation
  • understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • Welcoming new and repeat guests every visit
  • be knowledgeable of all menu items to make meal suggestions and answer questions
  • verify each guest order for accuracy, manage to-go orders, process POS transactions and follow cash handling procedures
  • operate cash register and be able to count money and give change correctly
  • count register before and after each shift with management to ensure no shortage or overage
  • assist with front line food preparation procedures such as packaging and take orders to tables
  • ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service and quality products
  • work with others and communicate effectively in a busy restaurant environment
  • follow and abide all safety rules, policies, and procedures
