Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Dependable and reliable with flexible schedule availability
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized
- Physical ability to lift and carry products up to 30 lbs horizontally and vertically
- Ability to use both hands to move grocery carts requiring up to 35 lbs of force
- Proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Outgoing and friendly behavior
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
- Ability to operate front end equipment such as register and scanner
- Good communication skills
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
Job Duties
- Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit payments
- Provide information and resolve customer complaints
- Follow front end procedures and assist with stocking shelves
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- Stay knowledgeable about weekly ad items and store events
- Communicate effectively with front end manager and Head Cashier
