Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must be fluent in English and Spanish
- preferred 1+ year of experience in similar roles
- ability to lift and push 50 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- must follow the company personal care and hygiene policies
- must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- fluency in English and Spanish
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to operate POS systems
- prior experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
Job Duties
- Welcoming new and repeat guests every visit
- be knowledgeable of all menu items to make meal suggestions and answer questions
- verify each guest order for accuracy, manage to-go orders, process POS transactions and follow cash handling procedures
- operate cash register and be able to count money and give change correctly
- count register before and after each shift with management to ensure no shortage or overage
- assist with front line food preparation procedures such as packaging and take orders to tables
- ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service and quality products
- work with others and communicate effectively in a busy restaurant environment
- follow and abide by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
