Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Preferred 1 or more years of experience in similar roles
  • Ability to lift and push 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must follow company personal care and hygiene policies
  • Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • One or more years of experience in similar roles preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • Welcoming guests every visit
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items to make meal suggestions and answer questions
  • Verify each guest order for accuracy and manage to-go orders
  • Process POS transactions and follow cash handling procedures
  • Operate cash register and count money accurately
  • Count register before and after shifts with management
  • Assist with front line food preparation and serve orders
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with quick and efficient service
  • Work and communicate effectively in a busy environment
  • Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures
