Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Preferred 1 or more years of experience in similar roles
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow company personal care and hygiene policies
- Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- One or more years of experience in similar roles preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Welcoming guests every visit
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items to make meal suggestions and answer questions
- Verify each guest order for accuracy and manage to-go orders
- Process POS transactions and follow cash handling procedures
- Operate cash register and count money accurately
- Count register before and after shifts with management
- Assist with front line food preparation and serve orders
- Ensure customer satisfaction with quick and efficient service
- Work and communicate effectively in a busy environment
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures
