Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
have a high school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
ability to operate front end equipment including register, calculator, and scanner
dependable and reliable with flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
good communication skills
ability to perform repetitious activities and multitask
able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short distances
ability to push grocery carts requiring force up to 35 lbs
strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers

Job Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age

possess 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
demonstrate outgoing and friendly behavior
have a positive attitude and good communication skills
ability to operate front end equipment such as register, calculator, and scanner
able to take direction and participate in a team environment
proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills

Job Duties

Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
handle cash, credit, and debit payments and provide accurate change
assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints
maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
stock shelves and perform facing and dusting as needed
maintain knowledge of weekly ads and product locations to guide customers
communicate effectively with front end manager and Head Cashier
