Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
Ability to lift and push 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods
Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays
Must adhere to company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
Must be legally authorized to work in the U. S.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Welcoming new and repeat guests every visit
Be knowledgeable of all menu items to make meal suggestions and answer questions
Verify each guest order for accuracy, manage to-go orders, process POS transactions and follow cash handling procedures
Operate cash register and count money and give change correctly
Count register before and after each shift with management to ensure no shortage or overage
Assist with front line food preparation procedures such as packaging and take orders to tables
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service and quality products
