Job Requirements
- No prior experience required but customer service or restaurant experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems preferred
- Food handler card required where applicable
- Willingness to work flexible hours including full-time or part-time
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- One or more years of experience in restaurant or customer service positions (preferred)
- Ability to speak and read English effectively
- Customer service skills
- Experience using Point-Of-Sales (POS) systems preferred
- Food handler card where applicable
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders accurately at the counter and through the drive-thru
- Handle cash and process payments securely using the Point-Of-Sales (POS) system
- Collaborate with the kitchen and team members to ensure fast and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
