Job Duties
- Providing outstanding service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere through friendly and courteous interactions
- Upholding Guest Services standards and maintaining store policies
- Collecting shopping carts from parking lots and surrounding areas in all weather conditions
- Performing prompt parcel pick-up service to assist customers
- Sharing customer requests and feedback with management and resolving issues proactively
- Supporting the team with additional duties and customer service initiatives
