Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and move at a well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to transport to-go bags up to 15 pounds about 30 times per shift
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Ability to wear protective gloves and masks throughout entire shift
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- Commitment to health, safety, and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- At least 17 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Basic math and order accuracy skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and deliver orders with a smile
- Make menu recommendations and assist with guest inquiries
- Anticipate and meet the needs of guests effectively
- Communicate clearly with team members and guests
- Carry to-go bags and beverages safely to vehicles
- Follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards during shifts
