Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years of age
  • be able to work up to 47 hours per week
  • be able to stand, bend and stoop for extended periods
  • be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • have or be able to obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days of starting
  • hold a current driver license with a clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • ability to analyze business performance data
  • knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • proficiency in handling customer service situations
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
