Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as business needs dictate
- Able to stand, bend and stoop for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Possess or be able to obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days of start
- Have a current driver license and clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven management experience in a food service environment preferred
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports and control costs
- Skilled in coaching and mentoring employees
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Ability to obtain food handler's permit
- Valid driver license with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
