Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to be flexible in all situations based on business need
- Ability to skate proficiently on various surfaces (for skating carhops)
- Ability to continuously stand, balance, carry trays, and sweep while roller skating (for skating carhops)
- Willingness to abide by SONIC appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math and reading skills
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and smiling with a positive attitude

- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to skate proficiently if assigned skating carhop duties
- Completion of SONIC Skating Training Program for skating carhops
- Knowledge of restaurant or retail operation preferred but not required
- Willingness to cross-train on all stations

- Being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations
- Being empowered to resolve customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied
- Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards
