Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to be flexible in all situations based on business need
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math and reading skills
- Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC
- Successfully completed assigned SONIC Skating Training Program (for Skating Carhop)
- Roller skate proficiently and frequently on various surfaces (for Skating Carhop)
- Ability to continuously stand, balance, carry a tray, and sweep while roller skating (for Skating Carhop)
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and smiling faces that enjoy providing courteous service to restaurant guests
- Willingness to cross-train on all stations
- Team player keen on cleanliness and safety
- Basic math and reading skills
- Effective communication skills
- General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Deliver a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest
- Be a menu genius and help SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations
- Be empowered to resolve customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied
- Maintain SONIC safety and sanitation standards
- Roller skate proficiently and frequently on various surfaces when delivering food (for Skating Carhop)
- Continuously stand, balance, carry a tray, and sweep while roller skating (for Skating Carhop)
