Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards at SONIC
- Completion of assigned SONIC Skating Training Program (for Skating Carhop)
- Ability to stand, balance, carry trays, and skate continuously (for Skating Carhop)
- Basic knowledge of restaurant or retail operations preferred but not required

- Roller skating proficiency (for Skating Carhop role)

- Delivering a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest
- Being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations
- Being empowered to resolve customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied
- Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards
- Communicating effectively with team members and customers
- Working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
