Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to be flexible based on business need
- willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC
- completed assigned SONIC Skating Training Program (for skating Carhop)
- ability to roller skate proficiently on various surfaces (for skating Carhop)
- ability to continuously stand, balance and carry tray while skating
- resilience in challenging situations
- eagerness to learn and grow
- team mentality
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and smiling disposition
- willingness to cross-train on all stations
- team player keen on cleanliness and safety
- effective communication skills
- basic math and reading skills
- general knowledge of restaurant or retail operations preferred
Job Duties
- Delivering a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest
- being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations
- being empowered to resolve customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied
- maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards
- roller skating proficiently when required
- standing, balancing, and carrying trays while serving
- cross-training on all stations to support team operations
