Job Requirements
- Must own a cargo van or Sprinter van
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record (no DUIs, reckless driving, or cell phone violations in past 3 years)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test including marijuana
- Tuberculosis (TB) test required
- Must be able to pass a physical exam
- Availability to work weekends and holidays depending on route
- Must be able to adhere to company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in driving cargo or Sprinter vans preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of local area routes beneficial
- Ability to handle physical aspects of loading and unloading cargo
Job Duties
- Load and unload light cargo, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transport
- Navigate assigned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic regulations and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cargo van
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately and timely
