Job Requirements
- Must own a cargo van or sprinter van
- must be 21 years or older
- must have a valid driver’s license
- clean driving record with no DUIs, reckless driving, or cell phone violations in the past 3 years
- must be able to pass a background check
- must be able to pass a drug test including marijuana
- tuberculosis (TB) test required
- must be able to pass a physical exam
- availability to work weekends and holidays may be required
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- clean driving record with no DUIs, reckless driving, or cell phone violations in the past 3 years
- ability to pass a background check
- ability to pass a drug test including marijuana
- ability to pass a tuberculosis test
- ability to pass a physical exam
- strong customer service skills
- knowledge of route driving techniques and local area navigation is beneficial
- previous experience in delivery or logistics is a plus
Job Duties
- Load and unload light cargo, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transport
- navigate assigned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic regulations and safety standards
- provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients
- maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
- comply with all company policies and safety procedures
- assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
