Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a CNA preferred but not always required
- At least one year of caregiving or homecare experience preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Physical capability to assist clients with mobility and personal care
- Availability for flexible scheduling including potential evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a CNA preferred
- Previous experience in caregiving or related homecare field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, accountable, respectful, and ethical attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands
- Provide medication reminders and assistance
- Deliver companion and concierge services to enhance client well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation and report client condition changes
- Collaborate with the CARE! Team for coordinated care delivery
