Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have your own car
- Must pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must be able to work flexible part-time hours
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must have a smartphone with data plan
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid vehicle registration
- Valid vehicle insurance
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of local delivery area is a plus
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers both in-person and by phone
- Use Insomnia Cookies delivery app according to approved company standards
- Provide accurate status updates to customers during delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery equipment and vehicle
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while delivering
