Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have own car, valid registration, and insurance
- Must be able to pass motor vehicles background check
- Must own a smartphone with an active data plan
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of the local 2-mile delivery radius is a plus

Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers safely and on time
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction in person or by phone
- Use Insomnia’s delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules
