Job Requirements

- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must own a reliable car with current registration and insurance
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older

- Knowledge of the local 2-mile delivery radius is a plus

Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- Use Insomnia Cookies delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Manage time effectively to complete deliveries within the designated delivery zone
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle to represent the company professionally
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety procedures while on delivery
