Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must have own car, valid driver’s license, registration and insurance
- Must be able to pass motor vehicles background check
- Must have a smartphone with data plan
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work
Job Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
- Ability to use smartphone and navigate delivery app
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in delivery or customer-facing roles preferred
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction in-person or by phone
- Use Insomnia Cookies delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates
- Maintain neat and safe vehicle condition during deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with store team and customers
