Job Requirements
- Must have own car, license, valid registration and valid insurance
- must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- must have a smartphone with data plan
- must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- must be 18 years or older to be employed
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- knowledge of local delivery area preferred

- knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
- must have valid driver's license
- must possess a reliable personal vehicle
- valid vehicle registration and insurance required
- smartphone with data plan for delivery app usage
- ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone
- use Insomnia's delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- manage delivery routes efficiently within assigned delivery zones
- maintain vehicle and delivery equipment in good condition
- adhere to all safety and traffic regulations during deliveries
