Job Requirements
- Own a reliable car with valid registration and insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Proven experience in delivery or customer service preferred
- Ability to use smartphone apps effectively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with local delivery area advantageous
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction in-person or by phone
- Use Insomnia Cookies' delivery app to follow company standards and provide accurate status updates
- Manage delivery within small, busy zones efficiently
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure safety during deliveries
- Report any customer issues or delivery complications promptly
