Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide exceptional customer service during in-person and phone interactions
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to maintain accurate order and status updates
- Maintain communication with customers regarding delivery progress
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving
- Manage delivery schedule efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction
