Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work full-time Wednesday through Sunday
- Willingness to work outdoors in busy public spaces
- Ability to maintain punctuality and accountability
- Possession of a reliable means of transportation to work sites
- Completion of paid training
- Submission of a resume
- No prior fundraising or canvassing experience required but preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales, retail, marketing, or people-facing roles
- Experience in event planning, community organizing, or teamwork/leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection gracefully
- Demonstrated self-motivation and goal orientation
- Emotional intelligence and resilience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Attend public and private sites to engage with the public
- Exceed recruitment targets of securing at least 8 new committed donors per week
- Represent NCE and its clients professionally and according to Codes of Conduct
- Maintain a positive and resilient emotional state to ensure positive donor interactions
- Provide accurate and timely reporting and documentation
- Plan and manage own travel logistics to work sites
- Work weekends, some public holidays, and some evenings
