Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in front office or hospitality roles
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- Experience leading a small team in a customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with front desk check-in/out and reservation processes
- Ability to resolve guest complaints effectively
- Knowledge of resort policies and safety standards
- Positive attitude and leadership capability
Job Duties
- Train motivate and lead Front Office associates
- Assist in coordination and placement of front-line staff
- Oversee operation of front-line front office staff ensuring excellent guest services
- Monitor guest service through routine audits and take appropriate corrective actions
- Ensure guest check-in is friendly and timely
- Coordinate and execute cottage and RV space availability
- Address guest questions and resolve complaints
- Ensure compliance with resort policies including wardrobe grooming safety procedures
- Provide break and meal periods in compliance with guidelines
- Support execution of time and attendance requirements
- Assist Front Office Manager with guest supply inventory and product ordering
- Perform other duties as assigned
