Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in front office or hospitality roles
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
  • Experience leading a small team in a customer service environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with front desk check-in/out and reservation processes
  • Ability to resolve guest complaints effectively
  • Knowledge of resort policies and safety standards
  • Positive attitude and leadership capability

Job Duties

  • Train motivate and lead Front Office associates
  • Assist in coordination and placement of front-line staff
  • Oversee operation of front-line front office staff ensuring excellent guest services
  • Monitor guest service through routine audits and take appropriate corrective actions
  • Ensure guest check-in is friendly and timely
  • Coordinate and execute cottage and RV space availability
  • Address guest questions and resolve complaints
  • Ensure compliance with resort policies including wardrobe grooming safety procedures
  • Provide break and meal periods in compliance with guidelines
  • Support execution of time and attendance requirements
  • Assist Front Office Manager with guest supply inventory and product ordering
  • Perform other duties as assigned
