Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles
  • proven leadership abilities

Job Duties

  • Trains, motivates, and leads Front Office associates
  • assists in coordination and placement of front-line staff
  • oversees operation of front-line front office staff ensuring excellent guest service and productivity
  • monitors guest service through routine audits and takes appropriate action
  • ensures guest check-in is friendly and timely
  • coordinates and executes cottage and RV space availability
  • answers guest questions and resolves complaints
  • provides verbal direction and assistance to guests
  • upholds department and resort policies such as wardrobe, grooming, and safety
  • ensures compliance with break and meal periods according to guidelines
  • supports time and attendance requirements
  • assists with guest supply inventory and product ordering
  • performs other duties as assigned
