- Strong artistic and creative skills
- Good customer service and communication abilities

Job Duties
- Prepare and decorate cakes and pastries using artistic and creative skills
- Mix colors to create custom icing and flower designs
- Take customer orders in-store and over the phone
- Replenish display cases and shelves to ensure product freshness and attractiveness
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist customers by answering questions and providing product information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and product quality
