Job Requirements

- prior experience in baking or cake decorating preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Experience in cake decorating or pastry arts
- ability to use pastry bags and various decorating tips
- good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- creativity and attention to detail
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic understanding of food safety principles
Job Duties
- Cuts, fills and ices cakes
- decorates and writes messages on cakes using pastry bags and tips
- packages cakes for special order and back stock
- ensures cakes meet quality standards
- maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
- follows food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assists with inventory management
