Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work part-time hours including opening and morning shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to adhere to Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Must pass applicable minimum wage requirements for the job location
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in deli or bakery environments is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Ability to work opening and morning shifts
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter
- Move incoming merchandise to salesfloor
- Clean and maintain food safety standards
- Follow established sanitation procedures
- Assist team members with daily operations
- Monitor product freshness and quality
