- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to improve sales and shopping experience
- Drive bakery area performance by ensuring quality control and eliminating waste
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues with professionalism
