Job Requirements

- One to two years of relevant cooking experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene protocols

Job Duties
- Set up, clean, and stock kitchen prep station
- Measure, weigh, cut, and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare food and cook main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks
- Plate, arrange, and garnish dishes based on the chef's guidance
- Work with servers to ensure orders are completed timely and accurately
- Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils
- Store equipment at the end of shifts
- Follow food safety standards and regulations to ensure proper operating procedures and hygiene
