Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Full-time availability including weekdays and weekends between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm
  • Ability to complete food sanitation course and apply principles
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring associates
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to adhere to company policies and safety standards
  • Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Retail or food and beverage leadership experience
  • Associate or college degree with emphasis or secondary in culinary
  • Relevant coursework in responsible beverage, sanitation, supervision, and teamwork
  • Food manager certification or completion within six months of employment
  • Understanding of menu pricing and development
  • Basic accounting and inventory principles knowledge preferred

Job Duties

  • Work to achieve sales targets through upselling, contributing to and executing promotions and events, maintaining retail and merchandise displays
  • Ensure associates are trained on upselling techniques and sales targets
  • Control operating expenses in line with budget and forecast
  • Track, maintain, and order inventory for retail, merchandise, office supplies, food and beverage
  • Approve invoices and manage payroll submissions
  • Conduct engagement initiatives and create associate schedules
  • Coach, mentor, and train associates, hold performance reviews, and maintain positive workforce relationships
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and guest comments, provide coaching on service standards
  • Oversee food preparation, standardize recipes and menu costs, maintain culinary SOPs
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and reporting
  • Utilize departmental systems for reporting, budgeting, and inventory management
  • Maintain cleanliness and appealing store appearance
  • Plan and execute in-store events
