Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Full-time availability including weekdays and weekends between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm
- Ability to complete food sanitation course and apply principles
- Experience in coaching and mentoring associates
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to adhere to company policies and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- Retail or food and beverage leadership experience
- Associate or college degree with emphasis or secondary in culinary
- Relevant coursework in responsible beverage, sanitation, supervision, and teamwork
- Food manager certification or completion within six months of employment
- Understanding of menu pricing and development
- Basic accounting and inventory principles knowledge preferred
Job Duties
- Work to achieve sales targets through upselling, contributing to and executing promotions and events, maintaining retail and merchandise displays
- Ensure associates are trained on upselling techniques and sales targets
- Control operating expenses in line with budget and forecast
- Track, maintain, and order inventory for retail, merchandise, office supplies, food and beverage
- Approve invoices and manage payroll submissions
- Conduct engagement initiatives and create associate schedules
- Coach, mentor, and train associates, hold performance reviews, and maintain positive workforce relationships
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and guest comments, provide coaching on service standards
- Oversee food preparation, standardize recipes and menu costs, maintain culinary SOPs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and reporting
- Utilize departmental systems for reporting, budgeting, and inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and appealing store appearance
- Plan and execute in-store events
