Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
high school diploma or GED
must possess or be able to obtain a valid ABO card
must possess or be able to attain a valid Responsible Vendor Server Permit
must present a well-groomed appearance

well-groomed appearance
knowledge of beverages and ingredients
ability to pass Mixology certification
excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
manage stock and waste removal
perform general cleaning duties
fill in as Bartender when necessary
ensure compliance with local and state liquor laws
promote outstanding guest relations
complete all opening, running, and closing duties assigned
