Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven track record of leadership
- fluency in English
- fluency in Mandarin highly advantageous
- meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- successful completion of Air China's paid Cabin Senior leadership training program
- full flexibility for variable roster including day and night shifts
- availability for weekend and holiday shifts
Job Qualifications

- proven leadership experience such as acting as a purser or in a senior role
- fluency in English
- fluency in Mandarin highly preferred
- meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
Job Duties
- manage cabin crew
- ensure all safety procedures are followed
- oversee premium Forbidden Pavilion First Class service
- lead pre-flight briefings
- manage crew performance
- serve as primary contact for escalated passenger issues
- handle in-flight emergencies
