Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience
  • fluency in English and Mandarin
  • meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
  • pass comprehensive medical check
  • pass background check
  • full flexibility for variable roster including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • willingness to be on-call

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven track record of leadership such as acting as a purser or in a senior role
  • fluency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage
  • must meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
  • ability to successfully complete Air China's leadership training program

Job Duties

  • manage the cabin crew
  • ensure all safety procedures are followed
  • oversee the premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
  • lead pre-flight briefings
  • manage crew performance
  • be the primary point of contact for escalated passenger issues
  • handle in-flight emergencies
