Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience
- fluency in English and Mandarin
- meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- pass comprehensive medical check
- pass background check
- full flexibility for variable roster including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- willingness to be on-call
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven track record of leadership such as acting as a purser or in a senior role
- fluency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage
- must meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- ability to successfully complete Air China's leadership training program
Job Duties
- manage the cabin crew
- ensure all safety procedures are followed
- oversee the premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
- lead pre-flight briefings
- manage crew performance
- be the primary point of contact for escalated passenger issues
- handle in-flight emergencies
