- maintain impeccable personal grooming standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- ensure passenger safety and security throughout the flight
- conduct pre-flight safety inspections and demonstrate safety procedures
- manage in-flight emergencies with professionalism
- provide exceptional customer service following japan airlines’ omotenashi philosophy
- serve authentic japanese and international cuisine onboard
- create a tranquil and respectful cabin atmosphere
- comply with all civil aviation and company regulations
