Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Certification in first aid
- Ability to move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 25 pounds unassisted
- Ability to assist with moving objects over 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to read and visually verify information
- Ability to inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects
- Ability to operate computers or point of sale systems
- Ability to speak clearly and professionally
- Ability to comply with company uniform and grooming standards
Job Qualifications

- Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Certification in first aid
- Knowledge of recreational equipment
- Ability to complete all required safety training and certifications

Job Duties
- Recruit, enroll, register, and schedule guests for recreational activities
- Promote a cheerful and comfortable environment for guests
- Provide information to guests about recreational facilities and activities
- Promote the rules and regulations of recreational facilities ensuring guest safety
- Observe activities and respond appropriately to emergencies
- Identify situations where guests cannot safely participate and report to supervisor or manager
- Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Complete safety training and obtain required certifications
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
- Support team members and maintain respectful workplace relationships
