Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to read, write, and understand written and spoken English language
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, talk, hear, taste or smell
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
- Assist with ensuring all guests receive a superior dining experience
- Turn tables as quickly as possible by clearing, cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting within 45 seconds
- Assist with running food
- Maintain a good knowledge of the menu and floor plan
- Assist other employees whenever possible to promote teamwork
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar, wait stations, parking lot, patio, and restrooms
- Ensure all necessary stocking at wait stations and bar including glasses, ice bins, side plates, and silverware
- Serve guests with interest, speed, and attention to detail
- Complete all assigned opening, running, shift change, and closing duties
- Empty and reline trash cans and replace linen bags
- Provide accurate information about the restaurant and company to guests
- Follow all opening, running, shift change, and closing side work checked by management
- Maintain professional behavior at all times
- Avoid complaints about guests or discussions of tips or tip sharing
