Job Duties

  • Clear tables with meticulous attention to detail and speed
  • replenish condiments and other tabletop items promptly and proactively
  • clean and sanitize tables and chairs between courses, maintaining a spotless dining area
  • ensure a smooth and efficient flow of service
  • attend guest requests with professionalism and courtesy, addressing any concerns promptly and discreetly
  • anticipate guest needs and proactively provide assistance, exceeding expectations whenever possible
  • collaborate effectively with servers, fellow bussers, and other staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • communicate clearly and concisely with team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
  • maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • assist with setting up and closing down the dining area as needed
