Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience in an upscale restaurant
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
physical ability to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods
strong communication skills
commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 3 months of experience in an upscale restaurant setting preferred
exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable service
strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
physically fit to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods
flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

Job Duties

Clear tables with meticulous attention to detail and speed
replenish condiments and other tabletop items promptly and proactively
clean and sanitize tables and chairs between courses, maintaining a spotless dining area
ensure a smooth and efficient flow of service
attend guest requests with professionalism and courtesy, addressing any concerns promptly and discreetly
anticipate guest needs and proactively provide assistance, exceeding expectations whenever possible
collaborate effectively with servers, fellow bussers, and other staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
communicate clearly and concisely with team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
assist with setting up and closing down the dining area as needed
