Job Duties
- Clear tables with meticulous attention to detail and speed
- replenish condiments and other tabletop items promptly and proactively
- clean and sanitize tables and chairs between courses, maintaining a spotless dining area
- ensure a smooth and efficient flow of service
- attend guest requests with professionalism and courtesy, addressing any concerns promptly and discreetly
- anticipate guest needs and proactively provide assistance, exceeding expectations whenever possible
- collaborate effectively with servers, fellow bussers, and other staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
- communicate clearly and concisely with team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
- maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- assist with setting up and closing down the dining area as needed
