Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • knowledge of food and beverage safety controls
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication skills
  • physical ability to perform duties including lifting and moving items
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma preferred
  • previous experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
  • able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
  • clears tables and used dishes, glasses, and silverware and resets between customers
  • follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
  • ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies
  • runs food from kitchen to guests' table and provides accurate description of dish to customers
  • maintains complete knowledge of the restaurant features, cuisine, general information and hours of operations
