Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- knowledge of food and beverage safety controls
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication skills
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting and moving items
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma preferred
- previous experience preferred
- excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
- clears tables and used dishes, glasses, and silverware and resets between customers
- follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
- ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies
- runs food from kitchen to guests' table and provides accurate description of dish to customers
- maintains complete knowledge of the restaurant features, cuisine, general information and hours of operations
