Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Physical capability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Must be able to follow health and safety regulations
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a busser or barback role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Physical stamina for standing and lifting

Job Duties

  • Ensure the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
  • Assist bartenders in clearing the bar top
  • Clean and sanitize barware
  • Restock glassware and plateware
  • Change out kegs as needed to keep beers fresh
  • Maintain stocked service areas
  • Support servers and bartenders during shifts
