Job Requirements
- Valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required
- ability to work swing shift and flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations
- must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude
- present a well-groomed appearance
- previous experience or training preferred

Job Duties
- Ensures excellent customer service for every guest, every time
- removes soiled glassware and utensils from table and counter tops
- carries dirty dishes to kitchen
- wipes tables and seats with dampened cloth
- sets tables with clean linens, sugar bowls, and condiments
- wraps clean silverware in napkins
- circulates among diners and serves beverages such as iced tea and coffee
- maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards
- ensures that designated work areas, flatware, glasses, dinnerware and other used to serve customers are free from hazards
- responsible for the enforcement of all applicable regulations under the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X
- responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations by attending required training
