Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- ability to read write and understand english to communicate with employees residents and guests
- sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils
- physical ability to stand walk climb stairs crouch bend stoop reach grasp push pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods
- ability to lift push pull or carry up to 50 pounds
- one-year fine dining or restaurant experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- assist in the delivery of culinary activities for all dining venues including bistro casual formal luminations memory care and club room
- support special events and private functions with timely and courteous service
- clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests
- ensure dining areas are clean and well-stocked during service
- communicate effectively with kitchen and dining room staff to facilitate smooth operations
- provide friendly assistance to residents family members and guests enhancing their dining experience
- follow all community standards processes procedures and practices under the general guidance of the executive chef and dining room supervisor
