Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- ability to read write and understand English
- sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms
- physical capability to stand walk climb stairs crouch bend stoop reach grasp push pull continuously
- ability to lift or carry push or pull up to 50 pounds
- preferred one-year fine dining or restaurant experience

Job Duties
- assist in delivering culinary activities for all dining venues including bistro casual formal luminations memory care and club room
- support special events and private functions with timely food running and bussing
- maintain cleanliness of dining areas including clearing and resetting tables
- collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food delivery
- provide friendly courteous and helpful service consistent with The Sterling Touch
- handle food and beverage deliveries promptly to enhance resident satisfaction
- follow guidance from executive chef and dining room supervisor according to community standards
